Service availability may change without notice.

3. Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline or cancel appointments

• Refuse service for inappropriate conduct

• Reschedule appointments due to staffing, emergencies, or operational needs

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information when booking.

4. Deposits & Payments

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Payment is due at the completion of services unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout or in-store.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Cancellation fees

• Restrictions on future bookings

No-shows may lead to refusal of future service.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spa and beauty services, completed services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we may review the matter and determine whether a correction or accommodation is appropriate.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or contraindications before receiving services.

Sheer Artistry Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions when clients fail to disclose necessary health information.

We reserve the right to refuse services when treatment may pose a health or safety concern.

8. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.

Harassment, abusive language, inappropriate conduct, discrimination, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, memberships, discounts, and promotional offers:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law

• May have expiration dates or limitations

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
